= frais de representation (франц.) = Parteivertretungskosten (нем.) - расходы стороны арбитражного разбирательства, связанные с представлением ее интересов в процессе. Включают в себя расходы на оплату услуг привлеченных стороной юристов и экспертов (см. fee) возмещение понесенных ими и привлеченными стороной свидетелями и переводчиками расходов. Как правило, не включают в себя расходы по оплате труда работников компании, участвующих в процессе. Обычно сопоставляются с arbitration costs.
