- типовая арбитражная оговорка (arbitration clause), рекомендуется к включению в договоры для того, чтобы возможные споры, связанные с ними, передавались бы для арбитражного урегулирования в соответствии с определенным арбитражным регламентом (arbitration rules). Отступление от рекомендованных формулировок может приводить к возникновению "патологических" арбитражных оговорок (pathological arbitration clause).
