- международный арбитраж, антитеза внутреннему третейскому суду, т.е. арбитраж, в ходе которого рассматривается спор между лицами, домицилированными в разных государствах, или спор между лицами, домицилированными в одном государстве, но касающийся исполнения договора за его пределами, а также (в России) спор, хотя бы одним из участников которого является предприятие с иностранными инвестициями.
