intermediate dispute resolution
- промежуточное рассмотрение спора, процедура, в ходе которой нейтральное третье лицо или орган (см. dispute review board) разрешает в порядке медиации или предварительного рассмотрения спора разногласия по мере их возникновения. Особенно широко такие процедуры распространены в сфере исполнения строительных контрактов (подрядов на капитальное строительство). Несогласие любой из сторон с принимаемым в этом порядке решением позволяет ей обратиться с иском в суд или арбитраж.
