- цессия, уступка права, в ходе которой цедент (assignor) передает свои права цессионарию (assignee), причем зачастую без согласия контрагента по сделке или просто уведомив его об этом. Как правило, в составе таких прав передаются также права и корреспондирующие им процессуальные обязанности, вытекающие из арбитражной оговорки соответствующего договора (arbitration clause). Большинство специалистов полагает, что для цессии прав, вытекающих из арбитражного соглашения, не требуется оформления специального соглашения или выделения таких прав в общем документе о цессии, см.
