- 1. государственный суд, термин, обычно используемый для того, чтобы подчеркнуть, что определенный спор должен быть вынесен на рассмотрение арбитража (arbitration), а не государственного суда; 2. в США - суд штата, термин, используемый по контрасту с термином Federal Court, обозначающим Апелляционный суд определенного округа.
