proof procedure
= procedure de prevue (франц.) = Beweisverfahren (нем.) - процедура заслушивания и оценки доказательств. Обычно включает в себя представление документов и письменных заявлений сторон (brief). В ходе устных слушаний (hearing) опрашиваются свидетели (witnesses). Привлеченные сторонами эксперты (party-appointed expert) готовят свои отчеты и также опрашиваются в ходе слушаний. Состав арбитража может привлекать к участию в разбирательстве назначаемых им экспертов и проводить инспекции (inspection). В завершение этой процедуры стороны выступают с заключительными речами (summation), которые могут заменяться представлением post-hearing brief.
