= droit international privé, DIP (франц.) = Internationales Privatrecht, IPR (нем.) - международное частное право, прежде всего коллизионное право (conflict of laws), выработанные в международной практике и закрепленные в международных договорах и национальном праве подходы к решению вопросов о том, каким материальным правом (substantive law) регулируются различные сделки, осложненные иностранным элементом.
