= dispositif (франц.) = Tenor (нем.) - резолютивная часть арбитражного решения или процессуального приказа, та его часть, которая подлежит непосредственному исполнению. В арбитражном решении обычно следует после мотивировочной части, в которой обосновывается, почему те или иные испрошенные средства правовой защиты (prayers for relief) или процессуальные ходатайства (motion) удовлетворяются или отклоняются.
