negative public policy
- негативный публичный порядок, концепция, исключающая применение несовместимых с основами национального правопорядка норм иностранного права и исполнение основанных на действии таких норм арбитражных решений и при этом воздерживающаяся от четкого дефиницирования того, что именно должно считаться нарушением публичного порядка данного государства. Обычно противопоставляется позитивному публичному порядку (positive public policy).
