= clausula rebus sic stantibus - в странах системы частного (континентального) права оговорка о том, что в случае, если в ходе исполнения договора произойдут не зависящие от воли сторон события, изменяющие экономические, политические и иные условия по сравнению с тем, как они планировались сторонами на момент заключения договора, стороны предпримут усилия для того, чтобы модифицировать свои взаимные обязательства с тем, чтобы максимально приблизиться к первоначально запланированному экономическому результату договора.
