fast track arbitration
- ускоренная процедура арбитражного разбирательства. Обычно основывается на арбитражных оговорках (arbitration clause), предусматривающих укороченные сроки на обмен письменными заявлениями (brief) и вынесение арбитражного решения (award). Установление излишне сжатых сроков может затруднить поиск арбитров, которые будут готовы участвовать в таком арбитраже, и вместо удешевления разбирательства сделать его более дорогим ввиду необходимости привлечения большого количества юристов для ускоренного анализа материалов дела.
