adversarial system
- состязательная система ведения арбитражного процесса, при которой обязанность по доказыванию составу арбитража фактов и правовых аргументов полностью возлагается на участвующие в деле стороны. Представляет собой антитезу так называемой "инквизиционной" системе ведения процесса (inquisitorial system). В международных арбитражных разбирательствах чаще всего используется именно состязательная система ведения процесса.
