= ordonnance de cloture (франц.) - Abschreibungsberch-luss (нем.) - приказ (order), выносимый составом арбитража (arbitral tribunal) и оформляющий завершение арбитражного разбирательства без вынесения решения по существу спора (merits). См., напр., пар. 45 Регламента МКАС при ТПП РФ 2006 г.
